Job description
Required skills / experience: Very good communications skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken both essential). General good PC Knowledge, especially applications Word and Excel Previous experience as secretary / personal assistant welcome, but not vital.
You will be responsible for managing daily mails, emails as well as telephone communication, keeping records about mails and emails. The role also involves calendar management, travel coordination, event planning and undertaking various projects. In addition you will be asked to do some administration work, as well as handling the office filing system.
